Welcome to easternnarrative.com (the "Site"), operated by Eastern Narrative LLC ("Eastern Narrative", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use: to read, watch, learn, subscribe, enquire about our services and take part in our events and courses. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site, including text, photographs, films, graphics, design, logos and the Eastern Narrative name, is owned by or licensed to Eastern Narrative LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print pages for your personal use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

Works, images and words belonging to the makers, artists, creators and brands we feature remain their property and appear on the Site with their permission. Please contact us if you wish to reproduce any of them.

3. Member accounts

Membership of Friends of Eastern Narrative is free and available to anyone 13 years of age or older. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Paid membership tiers, if introduced, will have their own terms.

4. Events, courses and services

Details of our events, courses, advisory, curation and workshop services are given on the relevant pages. Bookings, fees, cancellation and refund arrangements are set out at the point of booking or in a written agreement with you, and those terms will govern that engagement.

5. Accuracy of information

We research carefully and credit sources, but the Site is provided for general information and cultural interest. We make no warranty that content is complete, accurate or current, and nothing on the Site constitutes professional, legal, financial, medical or investment advice. Content about traditional practices, remedies or wellness is shared as cultural knowledge, not as health advice.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to other websites and social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

7. Submissions

If you send us comments, ideas or materials (for example through a form or email), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them in connection with the Site and our work, and you confirm you have the right to share them. Please do not send us anything confidential.
