Who we are

Eastern Narrative is an independent cultural platform founded in New York. It began with a simple observation: East Asian culture often reaches the world in fragments, a beautiful object here, a simplified story there. We wanted a place where the whole picture could be gathered and understood.

So we gather it. The things people eat, drink, wear and use every day. The ways of living that shape a home, a table, a season. The aesthetics that run through craft, design and art. And the philosophy and beliefs beneath all of it, which we think deserve to be shared most of all.

We also work. With artists who want a solo or group exhibition abroad, with studios and brands going global, with content creators and cultural voices who want to bring East Asian stories to international audiences, with institutions building East Asian programmes, and with curious individuals who simply want to understand more. Wherever a project begins, the aim is the same: to bring East Asian culture to a global audience, for clients wherever they are.
