Services
Eastern Narrative works with people and organisations who want to bring East Asian culture and art to the world, and with those who want to understand it more deeply. We work on a project basis for a global clientele.
Three ways we work
Who it is for
Brands and studios entering international markets. Artists preparing a solo or group exhibition abroad. Content creators building an audience outside their home market. Institutions and companies developing East Asian programmes. Individuals who want a deeper, practical understanding of the culture.
Each engagement is shaped around what you want to achieve, and starts with a conversation rather than a package.
-
For individuals and organisations who want to take their work to the world, and for those who want to understand East Asian culture more deeply: artists, craft studios, brands, content creators, institutions and private clients. We help with positioning and cultural research, storytelling for international audiences, partner and venue introductions, and the practical steps of reaching a new market or audience. Engagements range from a single working session to a season-long retainer.
-
Solo and group exhibitions, cultural programmes and the storytelling around them, for individual artists, studios, institutions and brands. We develop the concept, write the texts, source venues and partners, and manage production and communication for audiences around the world.
-
Workshops, salons, talks and retreats around craft, tea, objects, the seasons and the ideas behind them. Open sessions for individuals, and custom programmes for companies, schools and institutions. Delivered online or in person, wherever our clients are.
How to start
1. Tell us the brief. Write to info@easternnarrative.com or use the form. A few lines on what you want to do, where and when is enough.
2. A 30-minute call. We discuss goals, timing and budget, and tell you plainly whether we are the right fit.
3. A proposal within a week. Scope, timeline and fee in writing. Most projects run from a few weeks to a season; advisory can also be a single working session.
